‘10,000BC’ was filmed in South Africa, New Zealand and Namibia. I was involved with the initial concepts for the mammoth hunters’ camp which was originally scheduled to shoot in South Africa but then moved to New Zealand. I relocated to Namibia and worked on the palace and pyramid sets.
