‘Heads of State’, the film I worked on in 2023, is released July 2nd on Amazon Prime! A proper romp with Idris Elba, John Cena and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, directed by Ilya Naishuller and designed by Niall Moroney
It was quite a learning curve for me as the scale was bigger than I’d worked on before but I gradually found my feet and settled in. I had two major sets to oversee before going to Trieste to work on the opening scene and the car chase sequence. I was also due to continue to Serbia but the actors’ strike halted production and we were all stood down. Filming resumed six months later in France with a local crew to complete the project.

I even managed to get my head around Vectorworks to develop the work stations!
